1. General Terms

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Print & Sign Canada.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full before processing begins.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

  • Custom orders and bulk requests may require additional processing time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds or reprints are issued only in cases of errors made by Print & Sign Canada.

  • We do not offer refunds for customer errors in design, incorrect information, or slight color variations due to digital printing.

4. Proofing & Approval

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs before production.

  • Print & Sign Canada is not liable for spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect content after customer approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party shipping services.

  • Print & Sign Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes must be resolved in a Canadian court.

7. Return 

  • 7 Day Return Policy if Product is damage or Other issue. Refund in 5 to 7 Days.
